Long-term motor stability depends on winding material, heat rise control, insulation, and the actual operating environment.

A blower motor continues to heat up during operation. Copper windings help reduce electrical loss and heat pressure, which matters when the blower is expected to run for long periods.

Heat rise is a practical indicator of stability. Excessive temperature can accelerate insulation aging, affect bearings and lubrication, and shorten the life of the whole unit.

Selection should not depend only on power and speed. Motor material, insulation grade, cooling structure, ambient temperature, and installation space all affect long-term behavior.

For equipment that is difficult to maintain or runs continuously, keeping enough temperature margin is often more valuable than short-term performance numbers.
