Printing equipment needs controlled airflow rather than simply strong airflow. The blower may help separate sheets, hold material, feed paper, support drying, remove moisture, or cool local heat sources. Too little air affects separation and drying; too much air can disturb paper or film.

Material and sheet width come first. Paper, film, labels, and packaging materials respond differently to suction and blowing. Wider material and higher production speed require more stable distribution. If the equipment includes drying or heat air, temperature, humidity, and outlet layout also matter.
